separate sinks rainfall shower local restaurants
the room was spacious and well-appointed. my superior king room had a large tv with many channels. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.. the concierge team readily assisted with directions and recommendations. they promptly secured reservations at several local restaurants. the bellhops were available immediately upon arrival and departure. they handled luggage quickly and carefully.
The elevators seemed slow. Sometimes there was a wait.

underwhelming experience
spacious rooms baby items
the rooms felt spacious and the hotel provided baby items without me needing to ask. a changing pad and baby bath products were already in the room upon arrival.
the fitness center was quite small. i expected more space to exercise. it felt cramped compared to other hotels i have visited.

good layout plentiful closet comfortable bed understaffed valet unexpected wait
My suite had a really good layout. The closet space was plentiful. I could easily store all my clothes and luggage. The bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly each night.
It started around 10 am. I found it disruptive to my sleep schedule. The valet service seemed understaffed. There were delays in retrieving my car. The wait times were longer than expected.
